Kayaking under a bridge in Seward, Alaska

Rez Bay Kayaking:  The kayak day begins at 8:30 am at the Liquid Adventures office in Seward's small boat harbor.  Explore the coastline in and encounter great opportunities for wildlife viewing while going further away from Seward into Alaska’s great wilderness.

On this trip, we paddle the western coastline of Resurrection Bay, past Tonsina Creek, hugging the granite and greywacke cliffs that stand sentinel along the slowly rolling bay.  There are dozens of waterfalls that we paddle past on this trip, and otters and sea lions often play in the shadows of the cliffs.  The paddle culminates at Caines Head for lunch and hot drinks.

If time allows you can hike a bit on Caines Head’s great trails through the rain forest.  Afterwards you’ll paddle back to Lowell Point for a 4pm pickup. Check out this page for more information on the paddle

Ice Hiking:  The Ice Hike is our signature tour at Exit Glacier Guides and is a full day of hiking and playing in the mountains outside of Seward.  Walking on a glacier is a surreal experience, one that is not easily put into words.  Check out our Exit Glacier Ice Hiking page on the website for more description and details.
